The stand out lady being Sarah Burke, she was very attentive and informative at every turn of the process, she was very professional and well spoken when I called for an update (quite a few times) Sarah dealt with my file quickly and kept me in the loop every step of the way, Sarah and Jill have done a brilliant job on my purchase and I will highly recommend North Ainley for any soliciting.
