John Hepplestone is a Commercial Property Solicitor and a Consultant at North Ainley Halliwell.
John has throughout his career worked in Manchester. He qualified as a Solicitor in 1971 with George Davies & Co., was a partner with them from 1972 to 1984 when he joined Addleshaw Sons & Latham, becoming a Partner there in 1986. In 1999 he moved as a Partner to Field Cunningham & Co and then in 2001 became a Partner with Eversheds until his retirement in June 2006. John has worked with North Ainley Halliwell since November 2006.
He has wide experience in all aspects of commercial property work, acting on behalf of public sector clients, public companies, third sector clients, private companies, partnerships and high net worth individuals. He has particular expertise in development work, having more recently been involved in several high profile and high value regeneration schemes principally in the North West but also in other parts of the country.
