Joanne Freeman

Joanne is a student member of the Solicitors for the Elderly, an independent, national organisation of lawyers committed to providing quality legal services for older and vulnerable clients. She is also currently undertaking further professional qualifications to become a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Joanne Freeman joined North Ainley Halliwell as a Trainee in May 2008 and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2009. Joanne completed the Legal Practice Course at The College of Law in Chester before moving to the Manchester area.
Joanne has been a member of the Private Capital Department since qualification. She deals with various aspects of Private Client work including inheritance tax planning, will drafting, elderly client work, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and estate administration.
