Brian's outside interests encompass all things sporting including skiing and supporting the "Mighty Oldham Athletic" and travel.

Brian Jones is a Senior Solicitor within the Dispute Resolution Team.

After working as a Police Officer for 5 years, Brian was admitted in 1977 and now sits as a Deputy District Judge in the Civil Courts. He trained at Manchester University gaining an LLB Hons and was a Partner in the firm of Ashcroft Maw & Shimeld who later became Pickles Halliwell.

He has experience in dealing with cases involving slipping and tripping, road traffic, industrial, fatal accidents, clinical negligence, licensing, divorce and children act matters.
