You and the Law – 13 July 2010

Tuesday, July 13th, 2010.

We went on holiday with my mother. She ended up having to have a pacemaker fitted at a cost of £15,000. The travel insurance company now says it won’t pay for this, and I’m not sure what our position is.

You & the Law – 6th July 2010

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010.

Tuesday, June 15th, 2010.

You and the Law – 8th June 2010

Tuesday, June 8th, 2010.

My daughter has worked at a private nursery for over 12 months. About a fortnight ago she had to take two days off sick. She phoned in before 9am on the first day, but when she received her wages the following week she was informed she wouldn’t be paid for the two days she was off.
