I understand that a judge has the power to change the contents of a Will where a son or daughter has been left out owing to a family feud.
Under what circumstances is this possible, when a Will is supposed to be legally binding, and what steps can the maker of a Will take to ensure that their wishes are carried out? BN

Where I live the shopping area has been pedestrianised, but it is now used by skateboarders, cyclists and children on scooters. Who would be responsible for any injury caused by these activities? AR

I am in an unhappy marriage. My elderly mother will leave me a considerable sum of money when she dies, and I would like to know whether my husband would be able to claim half of my inheritance should we get divorced after her death. Is there any way this money could be protected so my son and I would not be penniless should the marriage break down?
