Our Lawyers, headed by Partner, Geoff Lamb, have a wealth of experience and will guide you through the often complex legal issues arising out of disputes of various kinds. We aim to make an early assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of the case so that you are aware of the prospects of a successful outcome. We do this because we are conscious that litigation is not cheap and inevitably carries risk.
We have a contract with the Legal Services Commission to provide publicly funded assistance in family cases.
In other areas of law we are prepared to consider in appropriate cases conditional fee arrangements and legal expenses insurance to cover against the expense of losing a case.
